Cleaning & Staging: We are flat rate contractors; pitch us your best rate, we are always willing to listen! Otherwise we are happy to schedule a free consultation with you at your property where we can come to an agreement on rates and responsibilities.

We always work as a team and we limit our cleaning services to vacation rentals that are large enough to require both of us
(typically 2+ bedrooms)

5 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths $200
6 Bedrooms, 3 Baths $250
